Shipping policy

No returns accepted EXCEPT if there is a defect/fault from our end*. In that case, items may be shipped back and a refund will be provided in the original form of payment within a week of the parcel's receipt. 

*All products at Ensemble are thoroughly inspected before being processed for sale.
